Brigholme clients benefit from our understanding of the constant evolving ways people work; our Brigholme teams employ unique and distinctive product solutions to create flexible, inspiring, and efficient workspaces.

Brigholme Interiors Group is a proud, women owned, Canadian business that is focused on equity, diversity, and inclusion. Understanding the importance of representation, we have partnered with an Indigenous agency to amplify their presence when working with government-based clients.

About Onaki

Established in 2015, OnakÌ is a registered Indigenous business that stands as a dynamic consulting and project management firm. They specialize in providing professional services to clients who seek expertise and leadership in their projects. With a focus on delivering excellence, OnakÌ brings a unique perspective rooted in their Indigenous heritage.

As an Indigenous business, OnakÌ is committed to fostering inclusive partnerships and promoting economic growth within Indigenous communities. Trustworthy, innovative, and reliable, OnakÌ offers a comprehensive range of consulting and project management solutions that propel their clients to success.

This joint venture with the indigenous community is important because it acknowledges and respects their rights, knowledge, and culture, while also promoting sustainable development and creating mutually beneficial outcomes. Brigholme and ONAKI understand the principles of interdependence, reciprocity, and mutual support. Our partnership hopes to create captivating workspaces for our clients.

The Government of Canada is committed to increasing the participation of Indigenous businesses in federal procurement, creating a new target of 5% of federal contracts to be managed and led by Indigenous Peoples. Brigholme wants to actively exemplify our values of responsibly demonstrating Equity, Diversity and Inclusion of both our company and our clients by bringing forth this opportunity especially as we anticipate the percentage of government spending to increase above 5%.

The benefit of the joint venture is access to new markets and customers through the development of unique and culturally appropriate products and services that appeal to indigenous and non-indigenous consumers alike. We have formulated the agreement with the ability to maintain the autonomy of separate businesses while leveraging the unique talents of each individual partner within a mutually beneficial agreement. Through this joint venture, we will be utilizing ONAKI’s specialties of project management and procurement expertise.

We look forward to continuing to provide excellent services to corporations (Nationwide), higher education (Nationwide), and the federal, provincial, and municipal governments (West of Toronto) under our current joint venture.

Fostering Well-Being With Effective Workspace Design

Haworth has identified five themes that organizations should consider as they plan their future office design. While all five themes are important to everyone, each organization is unique in its approach—from culture and goals to geographic location and workforce demographics.

About Us

Immersive Technology

We can’t do our work without some form of technology—and we all learned how to connect via virtual tools to access resources, both information and people. The Internet of Things (IoT) will make connection in space more seamless than ever before.

About Us

Space Shift

In the new world of hybrid work, people have more choice of where to work and this new workforce autonomy will cause layouts to shift to less density. The office becomes better tuned to serve physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.

About Us

More Collaboration

Hybrid work brings more choice in where to work, but the office is the hub for collaboration and culture— connection and togetherness for group work will be more critical than ever.

About Us

More Human

The office should be a place where people want to be—safe, comfortable, and welcoming with a vibe that attracts people, supports well-being, and merges hospitality.

About Us

Focus to Restore

People need spaces that protect from burnout and support wellbeing— places to recharge and restore from intense collaboration and focus work, and where they can explore or happen upon great ideas.
